Associate – BA LLB (UCT)
Tim joined the Corporate and Commercial Team at Dommisse Attorneys in February 2020. Before joining the team, he worked in a general practice law firm gaining experience in a variety of areas, as well as at an innovative legal-tech commercial law firm based in the UK, where he had the opportunity to work with various international clients.
He is currently studying toward his LLM in Commercial Law. He has a special interest in private equity and venture capital investment and the various stakeholders which are involved; as well the legal aspects of corporate finance, setting up international corporate structures, and the creation and control of IP. He has a passion for technology and the valuable role that it can play in the legal arena.
When he’s not at the office, you will most likely find him outdoors hiking or running in the mountains, paddling out to sea for a surf or camping far from the city lights. He enjoys a good book, live music and delicious food and wine.
