Should you engage us to assist with your transaction, you will be onboarded as a client in terms of our standard process.

We undertake to provide all services in a responsible manner and with reasonable care and skill. You waive any claim (including damages, loss, interest, costs, expenses or otherwise), against Dommisse Attorneys Inc. and/or any of its directors beyond the amount actually recovered under professional indemnity insurance in respect of any claim based on our assistance. You indemnify Dommisse Attorneys Inc. and its directors against any claim of whatsoever nature (including but not limited to damages, loss, interest, costs, expenses or otherwise), howsoever arising by any third party as a result of any work done, or omitted to be done, whether negligently (including gross negligence) or in breach of obligations to you or otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Dommisse Attorneys Inc. retains all intellectual property rights and copyright in any work or deliverables delivered to you as part of our services.
